I am so glad you shared all of these! I was SO CURIOUS about each one of them, and quite surprised at a few of these. I recall you mentioning having a booth at Artist’s Alley a while back, but it looks like you haven’t gotten around to it yet? I hope you do someday! And when that day arrives, I hope I am somehow in town to come and visit that booth. :D

Writing, eh?! I am surprised. And excited! Quite, quite quite! Like for real, see where it goes! If you wrote a book that contains things like on this blog? I briefly, BRIEFLY, did a stint at Keen.com reading over the phone after my divorce when I was in desperate need of money, and those are the kinds of questions you get. I got the same guy twice, same question each time, wanting to know if his ex-wife or gf (I forget now) was going to come back to him. I did what I probably should not have done, I actually pulled cards and read them and told him, no, it doesn’t look like it. After the second call from him I decided this was not my thing. I’ve heard horror stories of clients calling in the middle of the night (honestly, though, shut the phone off or something). I still think about trying again, but maybe weekends or at parties or something where the questions are likely to be more off-the-cuff silly.

I absolutely think you should try the writing. Write what YOU like, not what you think the next bestseller will be. Everyone’s jumping on the Harry Potter or Hunger Games bandwagons, but they blazed new trails, they didn’t try to rehash someone else’s idea. As Harlan Ellison said, “Write for the most intelligent, wittiest, wisest audience in the universe: Write to please yourself.”

The more it’s happening, the less disturbing it’s getting at least! I’m able to get the physical symptoms under control and shake off the emotions a lot quicker.

Past two nights I’ve given myself *strict* instructions to only have _nice_ dreams with _nice_ things, or at the very least, plain old weird dreamy-dreams. So far so good :)
